We are a growing water, fire restoration, and mold mitigation firm serving the Central PA, York area. Our company provides 24-Hour Emergency Services to homeowners who have suffered water and/ or fire-related property damage. We need a key person to be on our Emergency Service crew. Experience in our industry is not necessary. We will train you if you have the right aptitude and attitude. We offer a base hourly rate to start.
What kind of team are we building?
Smart, honest, and hard-working individuals who care about the impressions they leave upon our customers and co-workers. Our goal is to help you grow as a person, while providing on-going job training and professional education. Work hours are usually from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. Some Saturdays and evenings are required. We are an emergency services so overtime hours are occasionally available.

- Professional and dependable. Facial hair could interfere with safety equipment.
- A positive attitude accompanied by a willingness to work, learn and grow in a team environment.
- You must be able to think on your feet.
- Prefer some trades experience or aptitude.
- This is a demanding industry. You must be physically fit. Demonstrates a “can-do attitude” at all times and is a team player. Thinks ahead and anticipates, able to provide creative solutions to problems. Organized.
- Must pass criminal background check
- Drug-Free. We have random tests.
- A Valid driver’s license.
Works with a crew or independently depending on the scope of the job.
Meets with customers to evaluate the loss. Maintains company image and attitude.
Accurately completes all necessary paperwork and documentation promptly. (i.e. work authorization, diagrams, charts, photos, monitoring records, etc.).
Prescribe and implement appropriate mitigation procedures as necessary and continues with follow-up as required to assure customer satisfaction.
Effectively communicates with homeowner, agent, and superiors on claim loss at onset and throughout claim loss.
Takes the initiative to improve technical knowledge and personal performance.
Ensures effective, cost-efficient field practices to include maintenance of equipment.
This is a key position and the right person has the opportunity to see tremendous growth.
What to expect from us:
