Founded by Michael Allen in 2006, Major Restoration has been serving his vision for the company for over 15 years. Local Insurance Agencies
This includes communicating with agents on the progress of the restoration of their client’s properties. We also provide them with continuing education classes to help develop a much deeper understanding of our restoration practices, while at the same time fulfilling their insurance licensing continuing education obligations.

Local Insurance Adjusters
Because of our long-standing reputation in the local market, we work with local field adjusters and remote desk adjuster associations with a wide variety of insurance carriers. During the COVID-19 pandemic, insurance carriers reduced the number of field inspections and in some cases, have completely stopped sending field adjusters to inspect losses. So, we come to the rescue and provide complete documentation (photos, room diagrams, detailed scope of work to return the property to pre-loss condition, and more) of the damage and to make everyone’s lives a little easier.
We have successfully restored thousands of water, fire, smoke, and biohazard losses over the past 15 years and, therefore, can safely say that our team is well-equipped to discuss the nuances of working through the extensive documentation process required.
Many carriers require daily electronic communication to keep their inside desk adjusters apprised of the damage and our progress in terms of restoration. Major Restoration has direct billing relationships with a majority of these carriers. Furthermore, if a mortgage company is involved in the process, we handle it with equal tact and comfort, working with everyone involved to come to a quick resolution for the homeowner(s) or commercial property owner(s).
Third-Party Administrators (TPA)
We are an approved vendor with TPAs contracted by insurance carriers to assist with the claims process. By being an approved TPA vendor, we can streamline restoration processes significantly, which means the property owner will have their home restoration project completed much more quickly and with less complications.
